So this is the best console, right?
It’s strength allows the PS3 to have a lengthy lifespan.
Sony is pushing for 10 years until they release their next console.
And Blu-Ray is a nice addition.
Some people believe the PS3 has the most quality games, and it’s been out a year less than the 360.
Not to mention some great games are coming up from great franchises: Socom, Killzone, Resistance, God of War.
With updates PSN is gaining some ground on XBL, and it’s free.
Speaking of cost, the PS3 isn’t more expensive than the 360.
Factor in the cost of a wireless adapter, and XBL, and the 360 is more expensive.
And with another $50 every year for Live, the PS3 is definitely less expensive.
__________
Actually, I’m just trying to justify my soon-to-be purchase.
So is the PS3 really the superior console I like to think it is?
Well, mine is for sure, because it’s a launch 60gb and it’s got ALL the bells and whistles that everyone whined about being dropped from the newer models: full ps2 compatibility, card readers and 4 usb ports.
So actually the ps3′s now being sold are the 2nd best, but they’re still the best console available and well worth the money.
Also you forgot you can install your own operating system, and the motion-sensing controller…
