When will Socom Confrontation Demo be available for download on PS3?
There’s not going to be an actual Demo, however there will be two Beta tests.
The first is a closed Beta test for a group of people already selected from the PS Confrontation Forums. This has not started yet.
The second is an open/public Beta that will be available from a retail chain (such as Gamestop). Since people will be playing the actual game for this, it’s the closest to a Demo we’ll have.
They have not announced the dates yet for when they’ll start. The release date for Confrontation is October 14th. Rumor has it the first Beta will start later in August.
