Should I buy a used XBox 360 and if so, which one?
I just sold my wii because I was bored with wii sports and beat Zelda (and didn’t care for it anymore). Now I’d like an XBox 360, but haven’t kept up with any news related to the console.
I think I’d like to get a Premium because I need the wireless headset to play online multi’s (I loved socom 2) and think that I won’t need a huge hard drive b/c I really don’t feel like dl’ing games. Seriously, if my ps2 hadn’t broken and code 9 hadn’t taken over, I’d still be playing socom to this day.
So, as a potential Halo 3 Live addict, here is my question:
Should I buy a used 360? And if so, from whom? EB? Gamestop? Ebay? Any personal accounts would help alot.
Thanks in advance.
The 360 is a great console. It sounds like you need to get the “Pro”. It has the smaller HD (you’ll need it for X-Box Live) and comes with a wireless controller (wireless headsets are sold separately on all of the console versions). I would recommend avoiding EB/Gamestop when purchasing one though. Honestly, they have the highest prices on used consoles. Ebay or maybe a local pawn shop will most likely turn up a better price for a used system than they will.
