Is the M1A SOCOM II legal in California?
I know the SOCOM 16 regular version is legal in CA. But I’m wondering is the SOCOM II also legal with its Cluster Rail System? I looked online and none of the SOCOM II’s specify if it legal, although they do with the 16. The SOCOM II doesn’t seem to violate any of the laws so I’m wondering why they don’t specify that its legal.
Check out impactguns dot com online. They have a “California legal” section, and you should be able to identify what’s allowed for you to have. There’s also, if I recall correctly, an M1A section, and that should have cross-links with the “California legal” section. Their prices are pretty good too – but shop around once you’ve identified the model you’re looking for, SOMETIMES you can do better.
