.458 SOCOM Questions.?
I understand that this round is relatively new. I found out just today. ( http://www.military.com/military-report/rifle-review-.458-socom )
I wonder if this would become available in a bolt or lever action rifle?
I know that one can have a special built rifle, but I’m patient, I can wait for a commercially built.
I can’t find ballistics information is this just new enough not to have it posted or am I not looking in the right web sites?
I’ve got a friend with a 458 SOCOM upper.
Anyhow, there is no telling if or when this round will develop into something else. They make new AR15 calibers all the time and some click while others sink.
